We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How it works;
To start a return, you can contact us with your name and order number to advise that you wish to return or exchange. Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss and if further information is required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Express Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it. Ship out the exchange (timeframes vary depending on your location). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Underwears cannot be returned unless faulty.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
All our goods are 100% authentic. If any item which has passed our detailed authentication checks is deemed unauthentic, we will provide you with a full refund!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you have paid shipping for express post, that will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Just a friendly reminder;
- An email must be sent to us prior to returning any item(s).
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange, returns, or store credit.
- All returns will be inspected upon return. We will always do our best to accept all returns. Returned item(s) don't need to be in the original packaging, but original tags must still be in place. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you of the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Express Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.
